E-vay's Rules and Regulations

Okay okay, i know this doesn't apply to MOST of you, but please take the time and read this anyway.
Look, I've been having some serious identity crisises moreso than EVER in the past couple of weeks.

Let me get this clear:
I do not own a Gaia account
I do not own a Photobucket account
The ONLY internet account i own is a Deviantart Account.
If you see people on other websites parading around my artwork saying it's theirs, THAT'S NOT ME!!! I've been lucky enough to run into some very nice people who have warned me that my artwork is being stolen, and i really appreciate that. NOW DO YOU WONDER WHY I HAVE TO PUT A LOGO AND MY NAME ACROSS MY ARTWORK??????

Look, if you're one of the ppl who stole, just please stop. I don't appreciate it, and it really isn't fair to me.

On another note, regarding my Next Generation characters:
If you would like to use one or more of the characters that I made up, please do the following things:
1: Please ask before using. It's just more polite that way, and it makes things less confusing. I'll most likely say yes anyway, so please just do it.

2: Use, DON'T ABUSE my characters!! In other words, if you're going to use a character i made, please make it so that they STAY IN CHARACTER. I worked very hard on making them each have separate personalities that fit them each well FOR A REASON. If you're just gonna go around and turn them into something else, what's the point in even using them?

3: GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!!!!!!! That is my BIGGEST RULE!! I put a lot of effort into these characters, and although they are fictional, they really mean a lot to me. If you take credit for it, then that is just completely disrespectful to me and other people who are not aware of what it is. I DO NOT WANT TO BE ACCUSED OF STEALING MY OWN STUFF!!!!

4: Finally, if you've followed all of the proceeding rules, PLEASE SEND ME A LINK!! I would love to see the picture or read the story or whatever it is. I appreciate fanart of anykind, and it makes me happy when others are happy with my characters

5: I'd hope i wouldn't have to bring this one up, but it has come to my attention that i must. I WILL NOT STAND FOR ANY YAOI, YURI, HENTAI, LEMON, OR ANYTHING REMOTELY SIMILAR INVOLVED WITH MY CHARACTERS!!! i don't believe in that and i don't appreciate it being used with my characters. I WON'T STAND FOR IT!!! They are innocent characters and when they are used inappropriately it is a slap in the face to them, but especially to me!

That is all i ask. I hope everyone can follow these rules. They're common-sense people! Thank you for your time.
